Founded in 2016, Mission Title Agency supports the creation of communities of opportunity by providing title insurance and related services to purchasers, owners and financiers of affordable and mixed-income housing developments. We combine decades of expertise in acquisition and development with the backbone to underwrite the largest and most intricate transactions, yet still offer the flexibility of a nimble, problem-solving title agency dedicated to personal, holistic and unwavering service to our stakeholders.

Since our founding, we have closed approximately $3 billion of new and existing affordable housing value. We've found that all parties to a transaction benefit when the title agent proactively works to understand and address the unique title requirements of FHA, HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, state housing authorities and LIHTC investors. Our aim is preventing potential transactional roadblocks faced by our community through deep experience with multiple funding sources, tax credit equity, transfers of partnership assets, land use restrictions and regulatory agreements. 

Mission Title Agency is dedicated to making a positive social impact by supporting and engaging with organizations that share our goals of advancing the cause of community building and affordable housing. As part of this initiative, Mission Title Agency donates 10% of our gross income to charitable and advocacy causes within our industry. 

Additionally, we strive to enhance your economic efficiency through low or no discretionary fees wherever and whenever we can, and we never mark up the cost of ancillary searches. Our clients only pay the promulgared insurance premium and actual third party cost of providing title research and services.
